Tyler Gregory Okonma (born March 6, 1991), known professionally as Tyler, The Creator, was born and raised in Hawthorne, California.

Tyler was always interested in music, creating his own album artwork at the age of 7 and teaching himself piano at 14.

As the leader of the music collective Odd Future, Tyler mde a name for himself as a rapper, producer and director, releasing his own albums and others that were part of the Odd Future collective.

Aside from music, Tyler stared his own fashion lines, Golf Wang and Le Fleur, and has also collaborated with brands like Locaost, Converse and Louis Vitton.

The South Bay is proud of its legendary grammy award winner and looks forward to seeing his future continue to flourish.
