Pennywise was formed in 1988 by Thirsk along with singer Jim Lindberg, guitarist Fletcher Dragge, and drummer Byron McMackin. Thirsk’s contributions to Pennywise, including his songwriting and heartfelt performances, continue to influence musicians and fans alike.
